EASY Stovetop Smores Cookies Recipe

Your kids {and you!} will love this EASY stovetop Smores Cookies! I love making simple recipes with my kids that are both fun to do and yummy to eat! My boys love making a pretend camp site in our house, so we always need to have snacks while we are camping! These Smores Cookies are the perfect treat to make with my kids because they only require 2 ingredients and you make them inside. Your kids will love helping you make these Smores Cookies. 

Stovetop Smores Cookies Ingredients:

• Keebler Fudge Striped Cookies
• Marshmallows

Stovetop Smores Cookies Directions:

1. Microwave each masrshmallow for 5 second to soften.
2. Place each marshmallow on a skewer or fork (be sure to hold with a pot holder) and toast over a flame to slightly brown. If you have a gas stovetop or an electric stovetop you can toast the marshmallow by roasting over the burner. Turn until slightly brown. 
3. Place marshmallow between 2 cookies and serve.
4. Enjoy!
