Heath Bar Trifle
This Heath Bar Trifle is delicious! I love using my trifle bow to quickly put together a yummy treat for a party. I love the fact that you can alter this recipe to your preference. If you do not have certain ingredients you can change it up a little bit and add in other types of cookies, candy, or cakes. It honestly looks like you spent a lot of time on it when really it so simple to whip together,
Heath Bar Trifle Ingredients
- Homemade or Pre-made Brownies
- 1 Large Container of Cool Whip
- 2 Bars of Heath Candy
- Instant Pudding
- Carmel - this is NOT necessary but I love adding it!
Heath Bar Trifle Directions
Start by preparing the instant pudding and let it chill. Also, if you are making the brownies have those completed and cooled. Break the brownies into small pieces and put into the bottom of the trifle bowl that you are using. Next, layer the brownies with the pudding then make a layer of the cool whip. I then put the Heath Bar into a plastic bag so that I can crumble it into pieces but you can just break it if you prefer it that way. Once, you have your candy ready sprinkle a layer on top of the cool whip. Repeat these layers until you are done. I always add the Heath Bar on to the top to make it look good along with the caramel sauce. After you have made the trifle stick it into the fridge to let it chill. I have made this the night before a party and the morning of a party and it did not taste different.
