What Do You Love Most About Your Mom?
With Mother's Day approaching many people start to reflect on why they love their mom, and try to come up with the perfect gift idea. It can be hard to put into words all the reasons why you love someone especially when it comes to your Mother.Now that I am a Mom I have learned to appreciate my Mother far more than I ever have in the past. Being a Mom is a tough job no matter what anyone says.My entire life I have always looked up to my Mom and admired her for everything she has given to our family. As a mother of six children we did not have a lot, but we never felt that way because my Mother was {is} amazing. She has always taken the time to make sure that my sister, brothers and me have felt loved.It is difficult to pinpoint one quality that I love about my Mom the most. She is selfless, compassionate, considerate, loving, caring, strong, humble, beautiful, patient - this list could honesty go on forever.My Mom is my best friend and the rock in my life. She keeps our family together and will drop anything and everything to be there for us when needed. I can turn to her when I need help knowing that she always has my best interest in mind. She inspires me to be a better person and teaches me how to be a good mother to my children. When I became a Mom, I stressed that I could not be good enough for my children. What if I messed up or did not know what to do? My Mom was there to comfort me and show me that their is no such thing as a "perfect" mom, but I have to disagree. There is such a thing and I am proud to say she is MY Mom. There are many qualities in life that you are unable to teach someone, but I have learned so much from my mom because she leads by example.Make sure you take the time to show your mother how much you appreciate and care for her.
